Being a woman in motorsport isn’t easy, and many girls don’t get the chance to materialise their hopes for the future. As much as we have made tremendous progress, there is still much that needs to be done in terms of equality and women empowerment. And for this reason, RXR is paying it forward. To commemorate International day of the girl child, we’re offering three girls the opportunity to be mentored by our driver Mikaela Ahlin-Kottulinsky and our CEO and former F1 World Champion Nico Rosberg.
Criteria:
1. Girls between the ages of 13-18
2. Must have a successful track record in karting, as a minimum.
3. Applicants are to send a cover letter to info@rosbergxracing.com with the subject "Mentorship Sessions", outlining their experience and addressing why they would benefit from such mentorship sessions and what exactly they need guidance with.
On the 31st of October, three girls will be randomly selected (based on their supplying all the above information and meeting the criteria) and will each receive mentorship sessions with Mikaela and Nico to discuss their goals, ambitions, and career aspirations within the motorsport industry via zoom.
